Wasted 45 minutes with @O2 this morning, trying to sort out a “Rolling Plan” – got your emails FOR A CONTRACT!!! Where are your UK staff? I always end up being upsold by a person with an Indian accent. Now can’t find the tiny @O2 sim card I wasted 45 min on, why do apple have to make them so tiny?!
UPDATE: Sending a letter got me nowhere, tried for a sim swap, got a better response. Sim now working fine.
